I am passionate about helping people to work through what is going on for them and feel very privileged to be able to walk alongside them through their journey. With over 10 years’ experience as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I like to use Transactional Analysis within my work as it provides a research-based framework to be able to support change and learn about ourselves.

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and I work within their ethical frame work and policies. I am also a member of UKATA and work within their ethical framework.

I have an advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, a level 6 clinical supervision certificate and I am currently working toward a CTA qualification within Transactional Analysis. Every year I attend regular training days to further my knowledge and expand my skills; this enables me to offer the best possible service I can.
