I like the saying that “if you love what you do you never work a day in your life” and I am very proud of what I do. Not only am I passionate about helping people to work through their issues but I feel very privileged to be let into a person’s most private feelings. I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Hypnotherapist in Dunstable. I specialise in anxiety and depression Psychotherapeutic Counselling.

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society,  a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and I always work within their ethical frame work and policies. 

 

I have an advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and every year I attend regular training days to further my knowledge and expand my skills, this enables me to offer the best possible service I can.

 

I also have qualifications in Hypnotherapy, EFT and EMDR which are fantastic standalone therapies however when used in conjunction with Counselling are extremely powerful.
