What is EMDR?

 

EMDR is Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, by using eye movements it is fantastic for dealing any type of trauma or intense emotion. By simply following the movements with your eyes the brain will desensitise and reprocess the information for a more positive outcome.

 

EMDR is used in both conjunction with Counselling and Hypnotherapy. It is also fantastic for cravings such as smoking and food cravings.
