What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a combination of hypnosis and counselling skills to allow you to reach your goal and is a wonderful way to relax the whole body and mind. This is done simply by using listening to my voice. When you reach a state of relaxation your powerful subconscious mind will take in the positive suggestions and coping mechanisms so that change will take place and you achieve your goal.

 

You do not lose consciousness all together but will be in such a relaxed state that your subconscious mind will take over. You are in complete control and can come out of Hypnosis at any point during the session that you wish. All hypnosis is self hypnosis and by teaching you ways to achieve this you will empower yourself to take control.

 

Depending on your goal will depend on how many sessions it will take for changes to happen although even after the first session you will notice a difference.
