What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a combination of hypnosis and counselling skills to allow you to reach your goal and is a wonderful way to relax the whole body and mind. This is done simply by using your imagination, listening to my voice and suggestions. Then once you reach a deep state of relaxation your powerful subconscious mind will take in the positive suggestions and coping mechanisms so change will take place and you reach your goal.
You will not lose consciousness all together but will be in such a relaxed state that your imagination will take hold. You are in complete control and can come out of Hypnosis at any point during the session that you wish.
Depending on your goal will depend on how many sessions it will take for changes to happen although even after the first session you will notice a difference.
